This piece seems to show no awareness of the potential of establishment platform censorship of important views, or the injustice of deplatforming people who hold such views. Community notes is there for a much better solution than "fact checkers." Vitalik Butarin did a nice analysis here,

I've written about community notes before and suggested why they might be more effective (social norms and crowdsourcing), I also have a publication using what is likely a much more effective and scalable version of "community sourcing" misleading information. The lack of scalability and slow response of community notes is the main reason they aren't very effective at scale, but I think this could be fixed pretty easily IMHO (jay). https://www.linkedin.com/posts/jayvanbavel_community-based-fact-checking-is-a-promising-activity-7460766341495627776-FIi7/
