Doomerism is a rational reaction to the current political events. Ecocidal authoritarians in power mean 2 things:
1. There's no much people left to fight because most of them are the ones who put such leaders at power.
2. Fighting will be increasingly difficult, then virtually impossible. When authoritarian are in power, it means that the days of couter-powers are counted.
I hope willingness to plant trees was not the main measure of inclination for action by respondents? Those planting most trees are huge forest companies with little environmental awareness....
