As 2023 begins, many people are thinking about the changes they want to make in their lives. New year's resolutions are a common tradition, but unfortunately they often fail. While pondering our own resolutions, we turned to behavioral science and wrote an article with TIME Magazine to share our advice on how not to fail at keeping your new year’s resolutions.
Many people start strong with their resolutions, but quite quickly give up on them. By some estimates, about 80% of people fail to keep their resolutions by February, and only 8% stick with them for the entire year.
So, what can we do differently to actually stick to our resolutions?
