Working in higher ed and specifically in the space of increasing constructive dialogue and viewpoint diversity, I've seen group think often in the classroom especially. I've had experiences when teaching that students are fearful to speak a countering view or even asking a challenging question.

This book looks great and I'm excited to read it!
